To become a member of the Suffolk Democratic Committee, fill out the Candidacy Form and submit it with your $20 membership fee.
You can get a candidacy form here or request one by mail. You can submit it by mail or at an upcoming meeting.
Membership is restricted according to bylaws and subject to approval by the committee. If your membership is not approved your fee will be returned.
